A theme song for an association, community or event
A theme song can help people recognise what an association, community or event stands for. That takes more than only the name: the shared activity, ways of interacting and reason to come together give the text its substance and direction.
Why these people come together here
At the entrance someone is greeted, a familiar activity begins and new participants still seek their place for a while. Choose the moments in which the identity of the group becomes visible. An annual event may ask for a returning opening line; a continuing community rather words that keep meaning outside one holiday too.
For which association, community or event is the theme song, and when does it play? Share name, shared values and recognisable activities; who sings along and what must also be understandable for newcomers?
