Promotion
A promotion marks trust in someone's work and development. Don't let the song be only about the new title, but also about the road towards it.
A next step in responsibility
Which task was picked up ever more independently, who grew into a point of contact and when did that development become visible? Concrete examples give the congratulations substance. There may also be room for the tension of a new role, without singing it away at once.
Which promotion was made, what will change and which earlier effort deserves attention? Tell us how the recipient themselves views this next step.
How we get started
- 1
Tell us your story
Scattered memories are just fine. Names, a moment, a phrase someone always says — that’s where it starts.
- 2
Listen and choose
After sharing your story, choose a package. The demos help you hear which direction suits your idea.
- 3
The finishing touches
Share your feedback during the revision rounds included in your package. You’ll then receive one final song.
